Emily Moker - Certified Nutrition Coach Healthy Steps Nutrition Emily was born and raised in the Midwest. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and continued on to get her Masters from UConn with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology. In addition to being a Certified Nutrition Coach through Healthy Steps Nutrition, Emily is also a Certified Fitness Coach through NASM & ACSM for over 15 years. She became a coach to help people become a healthier version of themselves through both nutrition and fitness so she is living her passion every day. When not at the gym or coaching others, Emily enjoys being outside biking/hiking or watching sports!
