Metabolic and Group Classes
Metabolic Training Classes are 45 minute sessions that combine strength and cardiovascular exercise to create amplified caloric burn during the session and after. Appropriate for all levels, these classes are the ideal complement to your individualized program created by your Coach. We also offer pop up Gentle Yoga and Mat Pilates classes.
