Metabolic and Group Classes

Metabolic Training Classes are 45 minutes in length and combine strength and cardiovascular exercise to create amplified caloric burn during the session and after. Appropriate for all levels, these classes are the ideal complement to your individualized program created by your Coach. We also offer pop-up Gentle Yoga and Specialty classes. All Semi-Private and Private Training Programs include unlimited Metabolic, Yoga, and Specialty Classes.
