Richard spent 15+ years working in customer success and operations at high-growth tech startups before realizing he wanted to focus on helping people. After watching colleagues struggle with burnout and overwhelm—especially during the pandemic—he decided to change his life. Richard is a Duke Certified Health & Wellness Coach as well as a NASM-certified personal trainer. He specializes in helping busy professionals build sustainable habits around sleep, stress management, and work-life balance so they can show up as their best selves. When not coaching, Richard enjoys writing fiction.
