Program Overview
This unique program is designed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being in a seamless way. You’ll receive personalized guidance for both your fitness and mental health, empowering you to create lasting positive changes. The program includes:
Initial Fitness Evaluation: Before you begin your fitness journey, you’ll meet with one of our expert fitness coaches for a thorough evaluation. We’ll discuss your fitness goals, current abilities, and any physical challenges you may have to design a personalized workout plan that works for you.
Virtual Initial Mental Health Evaluation: As part of the program, you'll also have a virtual, one-on-one evaluation with our licensed mental health professional. This initial session will help us identify mental and emotional factors that may impact your training and overall well-being, ensuring that your fitness journey is rooted in a holistic approach to health.
Monthly Virtual Group Mental Health Workshops: Throughout your program, you’ll engage in monthly workshops focused on various mental health topics, including stress management, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and coping strategies. These interactive sessions will be held virtually, making them accessible from anywhere, and are designed to equip you with tools to thrive emotionally and mentally.
Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions: Your fitness journey will include personalized training with your coach in a semi-private setting. You will work with your coach 1, 2, or 3 times per week, depending on your goals and availability. These sessions are designed to push you physically while ensuring that your training aligns with your mental health and emotional needs.
How It Works
Initial Fitness and Mental Health Evaluations:
Fitness Evaluation: Begin with a 1:1 evaluation with your fitness coach to assess your goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. Your coach will design a fitness plan based on your unique needs.
Mental Health Evaluation: You’ll also meet virtually with a licensed therapist for a mental health assessment, addressing factors such as stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges that may affect your fitness journey. In some cases you may be able to apply your HSA/FSA funds to this program.
Customized Training Program: Following your evaluations, your fitness coach will craft a personalized fitness plan that complements your mental wellness needs. You’ll receive expert training in a semi-private setting, where you’ll be supported by both your coach and a small group of others who share similar goals.
Ongoing Support and Monthly Workshops: In addition to your fitness sessions, you'll attend monthly virtual mental health workshops. These sessions will cover critical mental health topics and will be a safe space for learning, growth, and connection with others on the same journey.
Continuous Integration: Throughout the program, your fitness and mental health goals will be seamlessly integrated. You’ll receive ongoing support from your coach and therapist to ensure both your body and mind are thriving together.
